TERMS: Items sold by MSArt are subject to discontinuance and price change without notice. All orders are subject to acceptance at the Company’s headquarters. Title passes to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the Carrier.

PAYMENT TERMS and PRICING: Payment terms, Net 30 Days. MSArt quoted prices are discounted from manufacturers’ list prices, and we reserve the right to change our prices based on manufacturers’ price changes.

CERTIFICATE OF RESALE: Blanket certificate must be on file with MSArt to cover all orders for resale. Orders not for resale must be stated thus on order when placed. Resale Certificates are available by request.

METHODS of PAYMENT: Checks and money orders are accepted. We also accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover with prior approval. MSArts Credit is granted with receipt and approval of credit application.

LIMITS of LIABILITY: Any goods found by MSArts to be defective in material or workmanship will be replaced for the original purchaser within 60 days of original purchase, provided the goods are returned with transportation prepaid to the MSArt dealer from which the goods were purchased. The goods must be in as good condition as when originally purchased, excluding ordinary wear resulting from careful use and handling.

The above is in lieu of any expressed or implied warranties and THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR USE OR MERCHANTABILITY. We assume no responsibility for any loss, inconvenience, injury, or direct or consequential damage arising from the possession or use of our goods. Even though we do our best to ensure accuracy; a mistake can occur. MSArts is not responsible for any technical, typographical, or pricing errors.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE: Customers should receive prior approval before returning merchandise for credit or replacement. All goods are subject to the following:

1. If goods are shipped in accordance with order and are not defective, a 20% handling charge will be made, and customer must pay transportation cost for both directions.

2. If cut to special size or packaging, no return will be accepted unless material is defective.

3. If customer claims material is defective, claim must be made within 30 days after receipt of shipment to first destination- and if requested by MSArt, defective material must be returned within 30 days from date of claim. All claims for defects must have an invoice number, the invoice date, and a manufacturing code number (found on the ends of rolls or on the label of most sheet packs).Arrangements for return of goods should be made in advance with a MSArt representative.

ORDER MINIMUM: MSArt has a minimum order cost of $25.00, excluding transportation, taxes, miscellaneous handling or COD charges.

FOB TERMS: All orders are FOB shipping point. Unless otherwise specified, items ship from the closest MSArt facility with available stock.

FREIGHT PAYMENT TERMS: MSArt pre-pays freight on orders of $1,000 or more delivering to a single location in the continental United States. For smaller orders, we normally ship prepaid, and add appropriate shipping and handling charges to your invoice. We will also ship “collect” if you prefer to be billed by the carrier.

CUSTOM ITEMS and PACKAGING: Custom items and/or packaging is defined as products, packs or per-unit quantities not specifically listed in this Product Guide. At your request, MSArt will provide pricing, minimums, terms, and required lead time for all custom items and packaging. These items are subject to re-quote for all subsequent orders unless otherwise negotiated. Please contact your MSArt representative for pricing and availability of items listed in this Product Guide.
